We collect the following information when you use RoVogue:

• Account Information: Email address and password (hashed with bcrypt).
• Roblox Credentials: .ROBLOSECURITY cookie, Group IDs, and associated account data. Cookies are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage.
• Usage Data: Upload history, automation configurations, analytics data, and activity logs.
• Payment Information: Processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store your full payment card details.
• Device Information: Browser fingerprint data used solely for abuse prevention (rate limiting).

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to:

• Provide and operate the Service (uploading, automations, analytics).
• Authenticate your identity and manage your account.
• Interact with the Roblox platform on your behalf using your provided credentials.
• Process payments and manage subscriptions.
• Send transactional emails (password resets, billing notifications).
• Prevent abuse and enforce usage limits.
• Improve the Service based on usage patterns.

3. Data Security

We take data security seriously. Your Roblox cookies are encrypted with AES-256-GCM encryption and are never stored in plain text. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt with salt rounds. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Access to production databases is restricted to authorized personnel only. We conduct regular security reviews of our systems.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data with:

• Roblox: Your credentials are used to interact with Roblox APIs on your behalf.
• Payment Processors: Billing information is shared with our payment provider to process transactions.
• Email Service: Your email address is shared with our email provider (Resend) for transactional emails only.
• Law Enforcement: If required by law or to protect our rights.

5. Data Retention

Active account data is retained as long as your account is active. Upload history and analytics are retained for the duration of your subscription. Upon account deletion, your data is permanently removed within 30 days. Roblox cookies can be deleted at any time from your dashboard. Backup data may persist for up to 90 days after deletion.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to: (a) access your personal data; (b) request correction of inaccurate data; (c) request deletion of your data; (d) export your data; (e) withdraw consent for data processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@rovogue.cc.

7. Cookies & Tracking

RoVogue uses essential cookies for authentication (JWT tokens stored in localStorage). We use device fingerprinting solely for abuse prevention and rate limiting. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking scripts.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected data from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
