1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using RoVogue ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Description of Service
RoVogue is a web-based platform that provides automated tools for uploading, managing, and selling clothing items on the Roblox platform. Features include automated uploads, template cloning, keyword intelligence, pricing optimization, and analytics. The Service operates by interacting with the Roblox platform on your behalf using credentials you provide.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service.
4. Roblox Credentials
To use certain features, you must provide your Roblox authentication cookie (.ROBLOSECURITY). By providing this credential, you authorize RoVogue to perform actions on your Roblox account on your behalf, including uploading clothing items, setting prices, and managing group assets. Your credentials are encrypted using AES-256 encryption and are never stored in plain text. You are solely responsible for any actions taken on your Roblox account through the Service.
5. Subscription & Payments
The Service offers both free and paid subscription plans. Free accounts include 15 upload credits. Paid plans provide unlimited uploads and additional features. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds may be issued at our discretion within 7 days of purchase if the Service was not used during that period.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service to upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights; (b) upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service; (d) share your account with others; (e) use the Service in violation of Roblox\'s Terms of Use; (f) attempt to circumvent rate limits or usage restrictions.
7. Content & DMCA
While RoVogue provides DMCA-safe template modification tools, you are solely responsible for ensuring that content you upload does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others. If you receive a DMCA takedown notice from Roblox, the Service provides appeal template tools, but the outcome of any appeal is beyond our control.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. RoVogue is not liable for: (a) any actions taken on your Roblox account; (b) bans, warnings, or restrictions imposed by Roblox; (c) loss of Robux, items, or account access; (d) interruptions or downtime of the Service; (e) any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted.
